What awaits you
- Preparation and revision of cost estimates for precast concrete components based on requests for proposals and customer inquiries
- Technical and commercial development of customized solutions for various construction projects
- Advising and supporting customers throughout the entire bidding process, including contract award negotiations
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships and collaborating with business partners
- Assisting with the management and oversight of projects related to supply and construction projects
- Independently processing orders, including quantity take-offs, via the ERP system
What you should bring
- A successfully completed degree in civil engineering or an apprenticeship as a architectural draftsman (m/f/d) with further training to become a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d)
- Alternatively, comparable practical experience in the construction or precast concrete industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and confidence in using digital applications
- In-depth knowledge of the VOB (Parts B and C)
- A structured, reliable, and independent work style
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a business-minded, customer-oriented approach
