Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) in Lippstadt

For our subsidiary, avitea Industrieservice GmbH, we are looking to fill a permanent position in the Vlotho area for a Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d).

What awaits you

• Coordination and technical leadership of a logistics team
• Training new employees on the department’s processes
• Monitoring the efficient allocation of personnel and compliance with processes and occupational safety guidelines
• Guiding employees regarding quality awareness, work conduct, order, and cleanliness
• Notifying the project manager of critical process disruptions and necessary personnel measures, as well as any other irregularities
• Performing operational tasks in the field
• Serving as the primary point of contact for the client in day-to-day operations

What you should bring

• Completed training in logistics, e.g., warehouse logistics specialist
• Professional experience in retail and logistics
• Initial experience leading a logistics team is desirable
• A hands‑on mindset with a results‑oriented and independent approach to work
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Structured, organized, and independent work style
