- Operate, monitor and optimize the production lines using a process control system
- Ensuring the specified high quality standards
- Monitoring the production facilities with regard to quality and quantity
- Compliance with performance specifications
- Carrying out and recording process controls
- Elimination of process faults and independent implementation of preventive measures
What you should bring
- Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/x) or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in food production and handling hazardous substances desirable
- Experience in the operation of production systems
- Good understanding of process engineering processes
- Teamwork and communication skills, commitment, flexibility and reliability
- Willingness to work shifts in a rolling 3-shift operation
- Safety, order and environmental awareness
