Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) – Inbound and Outbound Goods

For our subsidiary, avitea Industrieservice GmbH, we are seeking a full-time employee in the Essen area for the position of Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) – Inbound and Outbound Goods.

What awaits you

• Driver Check-In and Registration
• Posting incoming goods in SAP and verifying delivery slips
• Processing delivery discrepancies and coordinating with internal and external contacts
• Notifying of deliveries and coordinating with freight forwarders
• Requesting customs documents
• Preparing shipments for the scheduled pickup dateLoading trucks using an industrial truck, by hand, or with a hand pallet jack
• Performing transport tasks using an industrial truck or hand pallet jack within the warehouse area and to staging areas inside and outside the warehouse area

What you should bring

• Completed training in the warehousing or logistics field is preferred
• Good written and spoken German
• Basic knowledge of English
• Valid forklift operator’s license
• Organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP
