Job Description
As a Telephony Administrator, you are part of the Sales Ops team of our Operation Excellence Domain. Your goal is to help our Sales team perform at their full potential with the best telephony processes and practices. You will work with various stakeholders such as our Helpdesk team, Sales and Sales Ops teams, and CRM teams.

We are looking for someone capable of:

  • Managing phone numbers by assigning and updating them (phone or desk);
  • Setting up and maintaining call queues, IVR flows, and routing logic;
  • Defining availability schedules and voicemail handling;
  • Setting up voice paths and deterrent messages (i.e., scenarios and campaigns);
  • User management (roles and rights);
  • Setting up sound files for CTI;
  • Wrap-up codes management.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in Telephony Administration or Telephony management in a sales-centric business;
  • Proficiency in English (French and/or German is a plus);
  • An IT profile capable of understanding processes and issues and translating them into telephony setups;
  • A good understanding of business strategy and end-to-end processes.
