• Leading and facilitating workshops to assess customer requirements
• Analyzing and documenting workshop results, translating them into tailored solution designs
• Designing and implementing solutions together with a project team
• Preparing comprehensive documentation of customer solutions and project results
• Solving incidents in cooperation with support teams

Profile Description

• Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University, Technical University, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent) with a focus on Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT consulting, project work, and customer support
• Knowledge of one or more specific technologies (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Digital Archives) is desirable
• Strong understanding of customer processes and ability to align solutions accordingly
• Business fluent knowledge in German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €53,000.00. The employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment considering qualifications and professional experience.
