YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and facilitate workshops to assess customer requirements
• Analyze and document workshop results, translating them into tailored solution designs
• Design and implement solutions with a project team
• Prepare comprehensive documentation of customer solutions and project outcomes
• Solve incidents in cooperation with support teams

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed education (e.g., Secondary Technical College, University, Technical University, University of Applied Sciences) with a focus on IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT consulting, project work, and customer support
• Knowledge of specific technologies (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Digital Archives) is desirable
• Strong understanding of customer processes and the ability to align solutions accordingly
• Business-fluent in German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to Austrian law, the gross annual salary (full-time) for this position is €53,000. The employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry, with a market-conforming offer based on qualifications and experience.
