Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung beim Projektportfoliomanagement durch Erhebung von Statusberichten, Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management und Organisation von Portfolio-Meetings.
- Unterstützung bei Harmonisierungsprojekten und Prozessoptimierungen durch Datenerhebung, -aufbereitung und -analyse
- Erstellung von Projekt- und Prozessdokumentationen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, Handbüchern und Arbeitsanweisungen
Ihr Profil:
- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (mit Vertiefung International Management, International Business) oder Kommunikation und Medienmanagement, Interkulturelles Management und Kommunikation, vorzugsweise mit Affinität zu Accounting
- sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse
- SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend Voraussetzung
- sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Analytisches und konzeptionelles Talent, Affinität zu Zahlen, Daten, Fakten
- prozess- und technologieorientiert
- gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Präsentationstechniken
