As a growing IT service provider, we are looking for you to join our Sales Excellence Team in Frankfurt as a Bid Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible. As a Sales Excellence Team, we are responsible, among other things, for the structured preparation of offers in solution sales and take care of avodaq’s technological focal points.

What you can expect from us
- Analysing, evaluating and implementing participation competitions and award procedures from the private and public sector
- You manage complex tenders through the entire process, from the competition to the decision to submit a tender to finalisation
- Coordination with sales, technical departments, project management, management level, lawyers and external partners such as IT planning offices, suppliers and producers is also part of your tasks
- You communicate and present final offers to our customers
- You are responsible for quality assurance of the proposal preparation in terms of form, content, compliance with formalities and timely submission
- Organising review meetings is also part of your new role
What sets you apart
- You have a degree in economics or technical studies or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience (approx. 5 years) in tender or bid management / presales
- Very good knowledge of the procurement of IT services on the basis of common award procedures such as EVB-IT, as well as in dealing with common award platforms and portals
- Certification in the area of proposal / project management (e.g. APMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
- A commercial understanding, good analytical skills and IT affinity are part of your professional DNA, sound expertise in the technology areas of network solutions and information security are an advantage
- Your strong communication skills and sociability are the basis both for building long-term customer relationships and for creating a positive team atmosphere
- Your profile is rounded off by a good command of German and English
