What you can expect from us
- You will work with the team on the monthly payroll and ensure that all tax and social security requirements are met.
- You accompany the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to ongoing support and offboarding.
- You will maintain and update the personnel master data in our HR systems.
- You create certificates, reports and analyses – both for internal teams and for external bodies.
- You will be actively involved in the further development and optimisation of our payroll and HR processes.
What sets you apart
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification.
- You have some experience in payroll accounting and personnel administration.
- You have good knowledge of tax and social security law and ideally have basic knowledge of labour law.
- You are confident with MS Office and common payroll systems (e.g. Agenda, Personio).
- You are open to technical changes and have the flexibility to adapt new tools and systems quickly.
- You value on-site collaboration and enjoy being in the office – ideally 70-80% of the time.
- You communicate confidently in German and have a good command of English.

As a growing IT service provider, we are looking for a part-time (18-25 hours) payroll accountant (m/f/d)) to join our HR Operations team at our Munich location as soon as possible.
