The Head of Digital Media plays a key role in expanding our global digital inventory, implement programmatic ad buying, and monetize new media formats across our airport & retail ecosystem. The position holder reports to the SVP Advertising and Commercialization and can be based in either of our global hubs in the United States, The Netherlands, United Kingdon, Switzerland, Italy, Spain or Singapore if in possession of an appropriate work permit. Develop & scale Avolta’s Digital Media Network across airports & in-store placements Optimize programmatic buying & DOOH monetization for retail media & out-of-home (OOH) advertising Integrate Dynamic Ad Formats into in-store, WiFi, and mobile advertising ecosystems Expand partnerships with media networks, tech vendors & creative agencies 8+ years’ experience in Digital Media, DOOH, Retail Media, or Programmatic Advertising ~ Ability to scale media operations across multi-region advertising networks ~ Fluent in English, speech and writing; Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving start-up setting ~ Results-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and a “hands-on” person with a proven ability to meet objectives and targets ~
