Beauty Advisor for Chanel in Zürich

Your Responsibilities:

• Offering personalised, high-quality consultations and selling CHANEL beauty, skincare, and fragrance products
• Providing a luxurious and memorable customer experience in line with CHANEL standards
• Ensuring excellent product presentation and supporting daily boutique operations
• Acting as a brand ambassador with a strong sense of aesthetics and elegance

Your Profile:

• Experience in luxury retail or beauty sales
• Strong interest in luxury cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance
• Polished, elegant, and confident appearance
• Excellent and English skills – both are essential; additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility to work in shifts , including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Team player with a refined sense of service and discretion
• Proactive, well-organised, and resilient in a dynamic environment
