Overview
As a Solutions Architect, you will design and deliver scalable data management solutions for clients, guiding discovery, design, and implementation. You will bridge business needs with technology, enabling value through MDM, data quality, and governance. You’ll lead client engagements, support pre-sales, and oversee delivery while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. This role offers impact across large enterprises and a global, remote-first environment with opportunities to shape data strategy.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Engage stakeholders to capture objectives and advise on platform capabilities
- Lead discovery and strategy workshops for business and technical audiences
- Develop solution roadmaps, business benefit analyses, and ROI assessments
- Document architecture covering data integration, cleansing, models, UI/workflows, and APIs
- Oversee development, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
- Support pre-sales with IT landscape assessments, proposals, and proofs of concept
- Contribute to proposals and statements of work by defining scope, approach, and effort
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of experience in data management solutions or ERP/CRM data modules
- Proven experience leading discovery/design workshops and advisory sessions
- Experience with MDM technologies (Informatica MDM, Stibo STEP, Reltio, SAP MDG, TIBCO/Orchestra)
- Lead developer or functional consultant on at least 3 enterprise platform implementations
- Fluent in German and English; must be located in Germany, Switzerland or Netherlands
- Experience in drafting proposals, statements of work, and pre-sales presentations
- Strong data modeling, business process design, and data quality rule development
- Leadership of small consulting teams and project planning including milestones and releases
