The Opportunity
Our client is a leading international engineering contractor specialising in the delivery of complex, high-value engineering projects across Europe.
With a strong pipeline of secured projects extending over the next five years, they are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager with a strong electrical bias (approximately 70% electrical / 30% mechanical) to lead the delivery of major data centre projects in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large-scale MEP packages from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.
- Take primary responsibility for electrical packages while maintaining oversight of mechanical services.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and commercial performance.
- Oversee electrical infrastructure, including MV/LV distribution, switchgear, UPS systems, generators and associated installations.
- Coordinate engineering teams, subcontractors and key project stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Manage client relationships, project reporting and technical coordination.
- Drive performance, accountability and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on major engineering projects.
- Strong electrical background (approximately 70% electrical / 30% mechanical).
- Previous responsibility for MEP packages valued at €20M+.
- Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure and mechanical building services.
- Excellent leadership, commercial management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience delivering projects in Germany or mainland Europe would be advantageous.
