Overview
In this Engineering Manager role, you lead Pegasus Mobile and Pegasus Platform, guiding mobile app delivery and backend services to support publishers. You’ll mentor engineers, shape team objectives with Product, and drive continuous improvement while staying hands-on enough to unblock delivery. You’ll champion AI-assisted development to accelerate work and contribute to the Engineering Management strategy. This is a leadership role in a collaborative, flexible, globally distributed environment with a focus on growth and impact.

- Coach and mentor engineers and support career development
- Lead recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- Collaborate with Product Manager to define team OKRs
- Own software delivery lifecycle and drive continuous improvement

Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum 2 years in Engineering Manager, Technical Lead or equivalent
- Strong hands-on mobile app experience in a commercial setting
- Strong product mindset and collaboration with Product/UX
- Backend and cloud literacy (backend, API, AWS)
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development, code generation and agentic coding workflows
- Strong communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) facilitating ceremonies
