My client in the remarketing automotive industry is expanding its European wholesale business and is looking for a Head of Partnerships to lead commercial partnerships across multiple markets. This is a strategic leadership role for a commercially driven professional with strong industry connections and expertise in negotiating and managing high-impact partnerships.

Tasks

  1. Develop and execute a partnership strategy to drive business growth.
  2. Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships across Europe.
  3. Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team.
  4. Oversee deal structuring, commercial agreements, and partner onboarding.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally to align partnerships with business goals.
  6. Monitor market trends and optimize partnership performance.

Requirements

  1. 7+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or commercial roles.
  2. Proven experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing partnerships.
  3. Strong leadership skills in a multicultural, remote environment.
  4. Deep understanding of the European wholesale automotive market.
  5. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
  6. Fluency in English (additional European languages a plus).
