What awaits you
- Case management in Care Management (clarification and implementation of customer requests with insured persons) - Mediation in case of workplace conflicts - Support for integration - Advice to employers and employees in case of illness/accident throughout French-speaking Switzerland - Negotiations and coordination with service providers, legal representatives, authorities, official services, social and private insurers, as well as other stakeholders - Clarification of complex situations in the field of accident and illness, including on-site discussion and documentation of conclusions.
What you bring
- Several years of experience in the field of personal insurance claims - Federal diploma in private or social insurance, or similar training - Perfect command of French (including writing); good knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage - Comfortable in human contacts, independent and results-oriented - Confident, skilled in negotiations and able to assert yourself
