We offer our clientele a vast range of standard and individual insurance, legal protection solutions, as well as financial products in the field of credit and leasing.Your tasks:- Advise our clientele by phone and in writing in various fields of law such as contract law, road traffic law, family law, inheritance law, tax law, criminal law, insurance law- Address the legal issues of our clients in a pragmatic and realistic manner- Ensure quality legal support, taking into account legal stakes and the personal situation of clients- Collaborate closely with colleagues in the legal department and other teams, in a spirit of mutual aid and knowledge sharingWhat you bring:- University degree in Swiss law (MLaw), experience in the relevant fields, the bar exam is an asset- Management of a significant volume of cases- Good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as excellent writing skills- Willingness to work in a team and in close proximity to our clients- Ability to work autonomously, precisely, and in an objective-oriented manner- Resistance to stress and ability to handle a sustained workload- Excellent command of French (native language or equivalent level); good knowledge of English and/or German is an assetWhat we offer you:We are convinced that diverse teams and flexible working models lead to better performance.
