By applying the Customer first motto, we guarantee a very high level of customer satisfaction.Your tasks- Independent handling of cases within the framework of the occupational pension scheme (LPP) in the event of disability and death- Legal and medical examination of benefit applications- Requesting necessary documents, checking entitlements, and establishing the settlement of benefits- Written and telephone communication with external customers (insured persons, employers, doctors, legal representatives, and other insurance companies)- Coordination with health or accident insurers as well as with the disability insurance- Management of current and periodic pension payments- Verification of the right to benefits- Continuous improvement of processesWhat you bring- Holder of a commercial employee diploma (CFC) or an equivalent qualification, or in the medical field (e.g., pharmaceutical assistant)- Professional experience in the field of claims for social insurance or several years of experience in the second pillar (a federal diploma would be an asset)- Analytical skills and interest in process development- Perfect command of French (oral and written)- Knowledge of German or English would be an asset- Dynamic, agile, and autonomous worker with a team spiritWhat we offer you- We are convinced that diverse and healthy teams achieve better performance.
