Overview
In this role you oversee field service and support activities at client sites, aligning technical and administrative tasks from installation to maintenance and upgrades. You’ll coordinate teams, ensure proper records, and manage critical response scheduling to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll collaborate with design management to resolve problems and bring issues to engineering. This position emphasizes strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and impact on service quality and uptime.

- Direct coordination of technical and administrative support activities (installation, repair, preventive maintenance, engineering change upgrades) at client sites
- Maintain thorough records and systems
- Schedule personnel for critical situations
- Liaise with design management and specialists to resolve problems or escalate to design department
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function
