Axepta is looking for one of its best partners for an HVAC Maintenance Sector Manager (M/F) to support its development and lead technical teams within a dynamic and demanding environment.
Your missions
- Supervise, motivate and develop the skills of technicians and site managers. - Provide technical support to teams to ensure effective and quality interventions. - Organise and schedule interventions ensuring compliance with contractual commitments via CMMS. - Monitor the proper application of maintenance plans and optimise processes. - Manage subcontractors and coordinate cross-functional services. - Provide regular reporting of your activity to your hierarchy. - Be the primary contact for clients, ensure contract follow-up and monitor their satisfaction. - Identify and implement continuous improvement actions regarding performance, service quality and HSE. - Monitor contracts in collaboration with the Sales and Energy Efficiency teams, while ensuring business profitability.
Your profile
- Degree in climate engineering or equivalent training. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in Switzerland in a similar position. - Strong knowledge in heating and ventilation maintenance. - Proficiency in IT tools and CMMS software. - Natural leadership, organisational skills and ability to unite teams. - Excellent interpersonal skills, customer orientation and initiative spirit.
