Production & Supply Chain Manager You will support production sites in improving their performance by identifying areas for improvement, managing continuous improvement projects, and assisting teams in deploying best practices.

Conduct diagnostics of industrial performance.
Identify and implement improvement actions regarding productivity, maintenance, costs, and organisation.
Support teams in change management and skills development.
Train employees in continuous improvement methods and tools.
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and promote a results-oriented culture.
Carry out audits and provide improvement recommendations.
Profile sought
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
Good command of Lean tools and industrial performance indicators.
Leadership, analytical mindset, hands-on approach, and excellent communication skills.
