Compliance Lead – Supply ChainTo support one of our clients, an actor operating in a highly regulated industrial environment, we are looking for a Compliance Lead to strengthen Supply Chain activities.MissionAs a true Compliance reference, you guarantee the compliance of Supply Chain activities (logistics, warehousing) with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards. You work closely with the Supply Chain, Quality, and support functions teams to secure operations and support teams.Responsibilities- Drive the compliance of Supply Chain activities by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, quality procedures, and internal policies.- Coordinate quality events (Change Control, CAPA, risk analyses) and ensure their processing within defined deadlines.- Prepare, coordinate, and support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections, while ensuring the follow-up of action plans.- Identify compliance risks related to suppliers and Supply Chain flows, and implement appropriate corrective actions.- Develop performance indicators (KPIs), ensure Compliance reporting, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.- Raise awareness and support teams on best practices, regulatory requirements, and Supply Chain governance.Profile sought- Master's degree or equivalent diploma in Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Compliance, or a similar field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance, Quality, or Supply Chain functions, ideally in a regulated environment.- Solid mastery of Supply Chain processes (logistics, warehouse) and quality systems (CAPA, Change Control, risk management).- Experience in preparing and conducting audits as well as driving compliance.- Proficiency in an ERP (SAP is a plus).- Excellent analytical skills, sense of organization, and ability to work transversally. jid6bd842aaen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
