AV-Techniker (M/F/D) in Düsseldorf

We are partnering with a global AV systems integration company to recruit an Onsite AV Technician, based full-time at the Düsseldorf site of a leading enterprise client.

This is an opportunity to become the go-to AV expert for a high-profile workplace, keeping business-critical conference rooms, meeting spaces and LED displays running flawlessly, while joining a team known for its technical excellence and long-standing client partnerships.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for all onsite AV, providing fast break-fix support so meetings and events run without disruption
• Troubleshoot and resolve audio, video, control and connectivity issues, escalating to manufacturers and vendors where needed
• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance across conference rooms, meeting rooms, boardrooms and LED screens
• Provide hands-on technical support for VIP meetings, town halls and internal events
• Keep service tickets, asset records and maintenance logs accurate and up to date
• Work closely with the client's IT and facilities teams to improve system uptime and the end-user experience

What we are looking for

• Experience in AV support, service or installation, ideally within a corporate, enterprise or managed-service environment
• Event technicians with a strong background in audio or video are also very welcome to apply
• Confident fault-finding across AV signal flow: audio, video, control and network
• A calm, customer-focused approach and clear communication with users at every level
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written, and the right to work in Germany

Nice to have: Crestron, Extron or AMX control systems; Q-SYS, Biamp or Shure audio; Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms; LED video wall processing (e.g. Novastar or Brompton); AV-over-IP such as Dante or SDVoE; CTS or manufacturer certifications

What is on offer

• Competitive salary of between €50,000 - €60,000
