I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Event Production Technician to join a global organisation delivering high-quality live, hybrid, and virtual events. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys working with the latest collaboration and broadcast technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the technical design and delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid events
- Operating video, audio, lighting, streaming, and control room systems
- Managing virtual event platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Coordinating rehearsals, presenter support, and live show execution
- Troubleshooting technical issues in real time to ensure seamless event delivery
- Assisting with post-production tasks and helping to continuously improve production workflows
We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years' experience in live event, broadcast, or video production
- Strong hands-on experience with control room equipment, including video switchers, audio consoles, robotic cameras, and media playback systems
- Experience producing onsite, virtual, and hybrid events
- A solid understanding of broadcast workflows, signal flow, and live streaming
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering exceptional client service
