Commercial Contracts Manager

We are currently seeking
Contract Manager or Legal Counsel
to work with various Axiom clients across a range of industries.

Responsibilities
:

In this role, you can expect the following activities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including MSAs, particularly in the IT and technology sector
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and preparing communications for clients and subcontractors
• Developing and communicating solutions and measures to mitigate legal risks for the business team and all relevant stakeholders
• Presenting risks and challenges in contract management and developing efficient measures
• Interest in working in international project teams with different seniority levels and clients

Qualifications:

• Qualified lawyer, legal counsel, or contract manager.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a legal department or commercial law firm.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, in particular in drafting and reviewing various contracts in English
• Strong analytical skills, strong communication skills, and a high degree of professionalism.
• Passion for excellent service and solution-oriented and independent work.
• Business fluent English skills.
