The successful candidate will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across product marketing, go-to-market activities, customer communication, corporate messaging, digital channels, and web presence.
The role balances strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, working closely with scientific, business development, and executive leadership teams.
Significant experience in pharma/CDMO and ideally oligo is a must‑have requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Leadership
- Define and lead go-to-market strategies for our product and service portfolio, including CRO, CDMO and overall oligo, and further business initiatives.
- Partner with the Business Development team to ensure successful market penetration and development.
- Develop value propositions, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning.
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on market positioning, brand development, and growth opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate marketing activities across multiple channels and stakeholder groups.
- Establish marketing priorities, budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Portfolio Marketing
- Communicate and translate complex scientific, technical, and business topics into compelling customer-focused messaging.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
- Digital Marketing & Web Presence
- Oversee the company's website strategy, content, and user experience.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media.
- Ensure that digital channels effectively support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
- Continuously optimize web performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and Program Management (CRO & CDMO) as well as Scientific and Leadership teams.
- Serve as a central marketing partner across the organization.
- Manage external agencies, consultants, and marketing vendors as required.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
- Significant experience in senior marketing leadership roles in pharma/CDMO.
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies.
- Broad marketing expertise across branding, communications, digital marketing, product marketing, and customer engagement.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands‑on, execution‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, diagnostics, or a related industry is highly desirable.
