Your Impact
You will be part of a critical team that ensures life‑saving technology can be manufactured reliably and consistently. You will work with a team of talented manufacturing engineers to support the equipment processes and personnel in our manufacturing facility for Axon’s body camera devices.
What You’ll Do
Location: Dietzenbach
Reports to: Sr. Director Manufacturing Expansion
- Supervise and develop production team members to achieve daily and weekly output targets.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor key production metrics such as throughput, yield and efficiency, identifying and resolving performance issues.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality functions to drive continuous improvement in process capability and reliability.
- Coordinate daily production planning, resource allocation and material readiness to meet delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training and performance evaluations to foster engagement and accountability.
- Manage limited production control activities.
- Champion Axon’s culture of safety, teamwork and operational excellence.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Management or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
- 3 years of experience in high‑volume manufacturing, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop production teams.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation and lean principles.
- Proven ability to analyze production data and drive improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English and German required.
This role is based out of our Dietzenbach office and follows an on‑site schedule to support production operations. We believe that connection fuels innovation and our in‑person culture fosters teamwork, mentorship and shared success.
