Manage the operational ERP/SAP area, including resource and budget planning. Develop and implement SAP solutions tailored to business requirements. Ensure integration and optimization of SAP modules and processes. Promote innovation and continuous improvement in the ERP/SAP landscape. Lead, develop, and coach a high‑performing team. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute projects successfully. What you bring & who you are
University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 3 years of leadership experience. Proven expertise in ERP landscapes, particularly SAP (e.g., S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, PM). Experience in implementing and optimizing SAP solutions. Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards in SAP. Strong communication and leadership skills, ideally in an agile work environment. Fluent in German and English, written and spoken. Additional SAP certifications and consulting experience are an advantage. About the team
