We are looking for a motivated product development intern to contribute to our efforts in developing cutting-edge digital solutions enabling the energy transition. What you will do: – Collaborate with a cross-functional team of software, data, and AI engineers, data scientists, and UX experts to design and deliver digital products. – Help assess stakeholder needs, gather customer requirements, and prioritize epics and user stories that maximize the business impact of our solutions. – Assist with product research, market analysis, and preparation of stakeholder materials. – Gain exposure to agile product development and participate in team ceremonies (refinement, planning, sprint review, etc.). What you bring & who you are: – Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. – Interest in product management, digital technologies, and energy transition. – Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) tailored to tech-driven projects is a plus. – Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. – Fluency in English and German.
