Be part of the support model after implementation. /p /li lipPerform RCA and Analysis and deliver 2nd level support as part of the business operations. /p /li lipProvide end‑user training and support during and after implementation. /p /li lipStay updated on SAP Payroll and Time Management features, new releases, and best practices. /p /li lipImplement SAP OSS notes and system updates. /p /li lipCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate SAP Payroll and Time Management with other modules such as finance. /p /li lipParticipate in related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and migrations. /p /li /ul h3bWhat you bring who you are /b /h3 ul lipBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. /p /li lipAt least 6 years of experience as an SAP Payroll and Time Management Consultant or similar role. /p /li lipDeep knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management modules, including customizing of tables, features, schemas and PCRs, functions, transactions and reporting. /p /li lipProficiency in SAP Payroll configuration tools such as Payroll Control Centre (PCC), Wage Types, and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR). /p /li lipStrong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance. /p /li lipExperience managing end‑to‑end SAP Payroll and Time Management projects. /p /li lipStrong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues. /p /li lipExcellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels. /p /li lipSAP certification in Payroll and Time Management modules is preferred. /p /li lipFamiliarity with other SAP products, such as SAP ERP or SuccessFactors, is a plus. /p /li lipKnowledge of ABAP programming and debugging is desirable but not essential. /p /li lipExperience integrating SAP Payroll with external systems (e.g., time and attendance) is an advantage. /p /li lipAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. /p /li lipExcellent command of German and English. /p /li /ul h3About the team /h3 pA diverse, supportive team with open feedback culture.
