In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP payroll and time, so a deep understanding of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management along with strong problem-solving skills is essential. /ppTechnical Proficiency in SAP Payroll and Time Management is critical for this role. Experience with Swiss payroll is a significant advantage. /ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliHands-On configuration of SAP S/4HANA HCM Payroll and Time Management modules. /liliWork with stakeholders to define requirements and manage payroll and time management processes in the system. /liliConduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions or enhancements. /liliOversee the project’s transition into operational mode and contribute to setting up a support model for ongoing service. Be part of the support model after implementation. /liliPerform RCA and Analysis and deliver 2nd level support as part of the business operations. /liliProvide end-user training and support during and after implementation. /liliStay updated on SAP Payroll and Time Management features, new releases, and best practices. /liliImplement SAP OSS notes and system updates. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Payroll and Time Management with other modules such as finance. /liliParticipate in related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and migrations. /li /ulh3What You Bring Who You Are /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. /liliAt least 6 years of experience as an SAP Payroll and Time Management Consultant or similar role. /liliDeep knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management modules, including customizing of tables, features, schemas and PCRs, functions, transactions and reporting. /liliProficiency in SAP Payroll configuration tools such as Payroll Control Centre (PCC), Wage Types, and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR). /liliStrong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance. /liliExperience managing end-to-end SAP Payroll and Time Management projects. /liliStrong problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues. /liliExcellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels. /liliSAP certification in Payroll and Time Management modules is preferred. /liliFamiliarity with other SAP products, such as SAP ERP or SuccessFactors, is a plus. /liliKnowledge of ABAP programming and debugging is desirable but not essential. /liliExperience integrating SAP Payroll with external systems (e.g., time and attendance) is an advantage. /liliAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. /liliExcellent command of German and English. /li /ulh3About The Team /h3pA diverse, supportive team with open feedback culture.
