Salary: € 40,000 – € 50,000 gross per year, depending on experience.

Your Role Own Financial Operations
Manage accounts payable and ensure all invoices are processed and paid on time
Support monthly accounting tasks and coordinate with external accountants
Track expenses, receipts and financial documentation across teams
Support People & Office Processes
Assist with onboarding, contract administration and HR documentation
Coordinate time-tracking, leave requests and payroll-related inputs
Help maintain a well-run office environment and support local team needs
Keep Things Organized & Compliant
Maintain accurate records and structured workflows
Ensure financial and HR data is handled securely and consistently
Contribute to improving internal processes and operational clarity
What You Bring
Experience in accounting, finance operations or office administration
A structured, reliable working style with attention to detail
Comfort working with numbers, documents and cross-team communication
A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of recurring processes
