Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed mechanical designs for aircraft cockpit structures and components.
- Design metallic parts with focus on Design for Manufacturing (Df M).
- Support the complete product development lifecycle, from design through industrialization.
- Participate in Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR) and Critical Design Reviews (CDR).
- Produce and maintain high quality 3D models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with stress, manufacturing, certification, and systems engineering teams to deliver compliant and manufacturable designs.
- Our Ideal Candidate Should Have
- At least 10 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer in the aeronautics industry.
- Proven experience in: Detailed Design, Design for Manufacturing (Df M), PDR and CDR activities.
- Strong experience designing primary and secondary aircraft structures.
- Solid knowledge of metallic structures and materials.
- Extensive experience designing cockpit structures and cockpit system installations.
- Proficiency with: Siemens NX, Teamcenter
