Role Description
AYS Nexa GmbH is looking for experienced Business Development professionals with a strong existing client network to generate IT staffing and technology services opportunities globally.
Your Focus
- Bring new clients and direct IT requirements
- Leverage your existing relationships with decision-makers
- Generate staffing, contract/freelance, and technology project opportunities
- Build long-term client accounts across Europe, UK, USA, Middle East, and APAC
- Ideal Profile
- 5+ years in IT staffing, recruitment, technology consulting, IT services, or B2B sales
- Strong network of clients and technology decision-makers
- Excellent sales, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial

Remote | Freelance | Commission-Based | No Fixed Salary
You bring the client and requirement. We handle sourcing, screening, interviews, contracts, onboarding, and delivery.
Commission is earned on successful business, with further earning potential from repeat and extension opportunities.
