Position: Key Account Manager (m/w/d)

Als Key Account Manager (m/w/d) bist Du die zentrale Schnittstelle zu unseren Bestandskunden und verantwortest die strategische Weiterentwicklung ihrer Fuhrparks. Du kombinierst Kundenorientierung, analytisches Denken und Vertriebsstärke, um nachhaltige Mehrwerte zu schaffen.

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Strategische Betreuung und Ausbau eines definierten Key-Account-Portfolios im Bereich Fuhrparkmanagement
• Aufbau langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Kundenbeziehungen auf Entscheiderebene
• Durchführung regelmäßiger Fuhrparkanalysen inkl. Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen (Kosten, CO₂, Effizienz, Nutzerzufriedenheit)
• Identifikation von Up- und Cross-Selling-Potenzialen sowie aktive Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung für Deine Accounts
• Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Mobilitäts- und Fuhrparkkonzepte (z.B. Elektrifizierung, Car Policy, Digitalisierung)
• Präsentation und Verhandlung von Lösungen, Angeboten und Vertragskonditionen auf Kundenseite
• Steuerung von Ausschreibungen (RFPs) sowie Angebotserstellung in enger Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen
• Projektmanagement bei der Implementierung neuer Konzepte und Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Umsetzung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Operations, Einkauf, Remarketing und weiteren relevanten Schnittstellen
• Monitoring relevanter KPIs, Erstellung von Reports sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
• Aktive Beobachtung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Technologietrends (z.B. E-Mobility, TCO-Modelle, Telematik)

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Großkunden – idealerweise in einer Fuhrparkmanagement-Gesellschaft, im Leasingumfeld oder bei einem Automobilhersteller
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Fuhrparkmanagement sowie in Leasing- und Full-Service-Leasingmodellen und in der Fuhrparkverwaltung
• Ausgeprägte Vertriebs- und Beratungspersönlichkeit mit Verhandlungssicherheit und hoher Kundenorientierung
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
• Du fühlst Dich im Homeoffice wohl und organisierst Deinen Arbeitsalltag effizient und selbstständig
