Задачи:
- Develop and execute SMM strategies for the brand
- Manage social media channels and content plans
- Create and optimize content for TikTok, Reels and other short-form formats
- Develop new content formats, rubrics and creative mechanics
- Track social media metrics and optimize content based on KPIs
- Build funnels to generate organic and paid traffic through social media
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns across relevant GEOs
- Work with UGC creators, influencers and media partners
- Analyze competitors and implement relevant trends and best practices
- Write and edit copy, ensuring high content quality
- Brief and manage designers, motion specialists and other contractors
- Collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional teams
Требования:
- Experience in iGaming B2B, affiliate, crypto or fintech SMM
- Experience with SMM strategy development and execution
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and business metrics
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and contributing to business results
- Strong copywriting skills and visual awareness
- Analytical mindset combined with creativity
- Experience with short-form video content
- Ability to work fast while maintaining high quality
- High level of ownership, attention to detail and initiative
- English B2+
- Nice to have: Experience with Mobcash, paid advertising and media seeding, working with UGC creators, influencers or PR, French or Arabic
