YOUR TASKS

1. You will identify and acquire high-quality properties for our exclusive customer base in and around Munich.
2. You will build and maintain a network of owners, investors and business partners.
3. You organize your daily work independently and regularly attend appointments with potential sellers.
4. You will carry out market analyses, evaluate properties and prepare them for sale.
5. You will monitor and document your acquisition progress and pass on information to the sales team.
6. You will support the optimization of our acquisition strategies and carry out virtual viewings.

YOUR PROFILE

1. You have experience in real estate acquisition, preferably in the premium segment.
2. You have a talent for organization, initiative and negotiating skills.
3. You are communicative, assertive and have a feel for market opportunities.
4. You have a strong hands-on mentality and are open to the use of our VR technology.
5. Basic IT skills and the use of digital tools are a matter of course for you.
6. You have a high degree of service and customer orientation and are a team player.
