- You will independently acquire high-quality properties and support your customers from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract.
- You will organize your day-to-day work independently and carry out viewings both on site and virtually using our VR technology.
- You will develop and implement customized sales and marketing strategies.
You maintain your network and continuously build relationships with owners and investors. - You document your progress and ensure that all properties are presented professionally.
Your profile:
- You have experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment, and have a strong sales personality.
- You are entrepreneurial and proactive, with a high degree of self-organization.
- You are communicative and can build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- You have a high affinity for digital tools and enjoy using innovative technologies such as our VR solution.
- You have a very good command of German and are confident in using modern sales technologies.
