B. Braun is a leading supplier of automated infusion systems that support a wide range of clinical therapies. The product segment is one of four strategic growth areas of B. Braun’s Hospital Care division. An important growth driver is the transformation of the established product business into an Ecosystem solutions business including infusion devices, disposables as well as digital applications and services. For the implementation of this strategy, we are seeking to fill the position of the Team Lead Test Lab (m/w/d) Infusion Therapy Ecosystem.
Duties And Responsibilities

• Build up and lead a team of test engineers
• Setup, implement and maintain an ecosystem test infrastructure
• Consider and align Stakeholder requirements on ecosystem test infrastructure
• Define the test strategy for the verification and validation of cross-system processes, workflows and use cases
• Collaborate with test managers of involved (sub-)systems and products to align system with subsystem level testing
• Implement methods for achieving high-level of test automation
• Define the ecosystem Verification & Validation data model and its integration into the overall PLM data management
• Plan and run test campaigns e.g. as part of the release process of individual B. Braun products
• Work with 3rd party system owners for the integration of their systems into the test process
• Support the analysis of software anomalies in cross-system settings

Professional And Competencies

• Bachelor‘s degree in engineering or higher
• Several years of experience in leading and working with cross-functional teams
• Several years of experience in the testing of complex, networked and cloud connected devices
• Deep knowledge of methods for test automation
• Exposure to Medical Devices and/or Healthcare IT domains
• Excellent language skills in German and English
