As part of our growth, we are looking for an Engineering Lead to join a major transformation project with one of our industrial clients.
- Your main responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate the deployment of new operating models and ways of working.
- Monitor delivery against project milestones, productivity targets and operational objectives.
- Identify, manage and elevate project risks, issues and dependencies.
- Engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful change adoption.
Your profile
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Sciences, Chemistry or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading transformation, change management or operational excellence initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills in a matrix organization.
- Fluent in French and English
