B-works is a Swiss digital agency and software development company specializing in custom web development, digital transformation, and software solutions . Our projects start at CHF 100,000+ , with typical deal sizes ranging from CHF 100,000 – CHF 500,000+ .
We are looking for a Freelance Sales Partner to drive revenue growth through acquiring, managing, and closing high-value clients. This is a 100% commission-based role (15% revenue share per closed & paid deal) , offering uncapped earnings potential.
This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals, consultants, or independent business developers who want to add high-value digital solutions to their portfolio.
Tasks
- Identify & Prospect Clients – Research and target mid-to-large companies looking for digital transformation, custom software, or web development projects .
- Lead Client Conversations – Engage decision-makers, understand their pain points, and position B-works as the ideal partner.
- Prepare Winning Proposals – Collaborate with our technical team to scope projects and draft compelling proposals (you own the proposal process ).
- Close High-Value Deals – Drive the full sales cycle, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience – You have closed high-value digital/software projects of CHF 100,000+ per deal .
- Strong Network & Lead Generation Skills – You already have access to decision-makers in enterprise, mid-market, or high-growth startups .
- Consultative Sales Approach – You understand client needs and can tailor digital solutions accordingly.
- Independent & Results-Driven – You thrive on commissions and can generate and close deals independently.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills – You present with confidence and handle complex sales discussions.
- Knowledge of GAP selling – understanding Business Problems, Impact and finding the Root Cause to define the value in the solutions you can offer.
- Experience with Closing high value deals for a Digital Agency .
