Blacklane is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Working Student to join our team! In this role, you will support our recruitment processes, helping to attract top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience. YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring criteria and develop comprehensive candidate sourcing plans
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals

- Being open to learning new sourcing techniques, new technologies, and industry trends is crucial in a dynamic field like recruitment
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
