Your responsibilities
- Support German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat;
- Assist with invoices, payments, orders and contracts;
- Resolve issues related to mobile services, internet, TV, roaming and connectivity;
- Support contract renewals and recommend suitable products and services;
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.
What we are looking for
- German at C1 level or higher;
- English at B2 level or higher;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Customer-focused attitude and confidence in recommending solutions;
- Willingness to relocate to Athens;
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Previous customer service, technical support, or sales experience is an advantage but not required. Full training is provided.
- What the company offers
- Performance bonus of up to €240 gross per month;
- Additional sales bonus of up to €900 gross per quarter, depending on the team;
