Mentoring and developing colleagues while providing technical leadership across multidisciplinary project teams. This role is based in Warrington and is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working patterns are available. Travel to customer and Cavendish Nuclear sites will be expected, typically around once per month. Essential experience of the Principal Nuclear Waste Consultant Specialising in Spent Fuel & Waste Management: Extensive experience delivering and leading technical projects within spent fuels management, nuclear materials management or closely related nuclear disciplines. Strong experience working with United Kingdom civil or defence nuclear industry clients. Proven success operating within a consultancy or client-facing environment. Including developing scopes of work, preparing proposals, bidding and tendering activities. Demonstrable experience developing client relationships and securing new business opportunities. Experience leading technical teams, supporting project delivery and mentoring developing professionals. Qualifications for the Principal Nuclear Waste Consultant Specialising in Spent Fuel & Waste Management: Bachelor Honours Degree, or equivalent, in a Science or Engineering discipline.
