Junior Commercial Finance Manager Germany & Alps (f/m/d)

You will act as a Finance Business Partner within our Commercial Finance Function, supporting our commercial teams with financial insights for effective decision-making. Your role includes ensuring the accuracy of financials and enabling a continuous flow of financial information and analyses to internal stakeholders. By improving processes and leading standardization across the Cluster, you will help transform our ways of working towards maximum efficiency, supporting brand performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES – WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

• Add value to the on- and off-trade sales channels in Germany & Alps, including retailers and the hospitality industry.
• Support Business Unit Managers in Germany & Alps to evaluate performance against targets for timely decision-making.
• Standardize finance processes across the WEST Cluster to improve efficiency, promote collaboration, and ensure a unified approach.
• Monitor customer performance, coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and rebate payments, and provide transparent reporting with actionable insights to optimize ROI.
• Provide analyses for ad hoc requests based on financial and market knowledge.
• Visit markets regularly to connect with stakeholders and drive change.
• Collaborate with the Business Enterprise Services centre (Costa Rica timezone) and other stakeholders for monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes to ensure real-time P&L accuracy.
• Interact with Revenue Growth Management to review customer spends and pricing impacts.
• Assist with SOX controls related to rebates management and ensure compliance with Bacardi policies and procedures.

SKILLS – THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

• University Degree in Business or Economics preferred.
• 5-6 years of experience in analytical/financial roles, ideally within FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), SAP/ECC, Power BI/EXO.
• Fluent in English and at least basic German skills.
• Strong analytical skills and structured working methods.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity within a matrix organization.
• Strong commercial understanding, high energy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to drive change and lead improvements.
• Self-motivated, self-directed, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a hands-on mindset.
