The Bachem Group is investing in a new site in Sisslerfeld in Northwestern Switzerland. This step is part of the long-term strategy to expand production capacity by the end of the decade. The new production site will play a central role in achieving these goals.
The initiation phase of the project offers you unique opportunities to shape the future organization. To strengthen our team in the Global Engineering department, we are looking for a committed Senior HVAC and BS Engineer (f/m/d), 100%.
Your tasks:
- You are a technical expert (SME) and you manage and monitor the HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), sanitary and BS (building services) discipline within a major program
- Ensuring that temperature and ventilation systems are working efficiently and safely and that the buildings are fit for purpose and determine how the mechanical and electrical elements of a building will operate to create a comfortable, functional, efficient and safe environment
- You support the project from concept planning to commissioning, taking into account the relevant and current technical standards, GMP specifications and HSE guidelines
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and reviewing as well as optimizing the HVAC and BS design leading external planners
- Developing concepts and standards for the new site
- Responsibility for compliance with the required quality, regulations, budgeted costs and deadlines for your area
Your profile:
- Education in mechanical or HVAC engineering
- Expertise in energy efficient design
- Sound expertise in the planning and implementation of entire building services, sanitary and HVAC systems
- Long-term experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in project management
- High resilience and flexibility
- Very good knowledge of German and English, project language in English
