To support our continued growth in Vionnaz (Valais, Switzerland), we are looking for a Group Leader TechOps Laboratories 100% (all). In this strategic role, you will lead the Optimization Troubleshooting Laboratory and play a key part in technology transfer, process development, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement initiatives within our Technical Operations organization. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, coach, and develop a team of laboratory professionals while promoting a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. /li liCoordinate laboratory activities supporting technology transfers, process familiarization, scale-up, and new product introductions. /li liEnsure manufacturing readiness through process optimization and generation of critical process knowledge. /li liProvide scientific and technical expertise to manufacturing operations and support strategic product introductions. /li liLead troubleshooting investigations related to process deviations, yield losses, quality events, and manufacturing challenges. /li liDrive root cause analyses (RCA), risk assessments, FMEAs, and corrective action implementation. /li liPromote technical excellence by identifying innovative technologies, industry best practices, and digitalization opportunities. /li liEnsure compliance with GMP, HSE, quality requirements, and corporate procedures while maintaining high-quality technical documentation. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liPhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in process development, manufacturing support, technology transfer, or industrial chemistry. /li liProven leadership experience in a laboratory, technical, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical environment. /li liStrong experience in troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and process optimization. /li liSolid understanding of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments. /li liExperience in peptide manufacturing, LPPS and/or SPPS is a strong advantage. /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global and cross-functional teams. /li liFluent in English and French (minimum C1); German is an advantage. /li /ul h3Our offer /h3 ul liA modern and dynamic working environment within a fast-growing international company. /li liChallenging projects of high scientific and technical value. /li liOpportunities for professional development and continuing professional development. /li liA corporate culture based on collaboration, innovation and excellence. /li liAttractive working conditions and competitive employee benefits. /li /ul pLearn more about the Bachem Group and get inspired by our exciting work environment at our location in Vionnaz. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
