As IT Enterprise Architect, you shape the global manufacturing IT architecture to align with business goals and regulatory requirements. You drive the roadmap across manufacturing programs and modernize sites, enabling real-time data exchange and Industry 4.0 capabilities. You partner with senior stakeholders to ensure compliant, scalable solutions and guide governance and vendor evaluations. This role offers hands-on influence on digital manufacturing like MES, data platforms, and API ecosystems, within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define and drive the Manufacturing Enterprise Architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy and GxP/regulatory requirements
- Lead technology architecture for new manufacturing facilities and modernization projects
- Design and oversee integration architecture between OT, manufacturing systems and enterprise platforms
- Ensure GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11 compliance and regulatory alignment
- Shape integration, API, middleware, and data platform strategies (MDM, analytics)
- Enable real-time data exchange between manufacturing ops and business systems via Industry 4.0 tech
- Drive digital manufacturing initiatives: MES, digital twins, predictive maintenance, batch analytics, eBR
- Mentor architects, support technology selections, and lead governance and vendor due diligence
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years IT architecture experience
- 5+ years in Senior/Principal Enterprise Architect role
- Pharma or life sciences exposure with GxP/CSV/CSA knowledge
- Strong understanding of pharma manufacturing environments (greenfield/brownfield)
- Enterprise app architecture expertise, ideally SAP S/4HANA
- Proven large-scale integration architecture and API governance
- Experience with enterprise data strategies, MDM, analytics, data lake
- Knowledge of TOGAF; certification is a plus
- Hands-on with MES, SCADA, DCS, eBR, LIMS or related platforms
- Solid grasp of Industry 4.0, OT/IT convergence, cybersecurity
