We are looking for an experienced and dedicated bCommissioning Qualification (CQ) Engineer (a) /b, 100% to support our global capital projects and play a key role in the standardization and further development of CQ processes across our international network. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and management of CQ activities – from concept to handover – and will contribute your expertise to a wide range of projects worldwide. /p h3Your tasks: /h3 ul liLeadership of CQ activities within multidisciplinary large capital projects /li liCoordination and management of CQ‑related deviations and changes within defined timelines and in compliance with required quality standards /li liResponsibility for budget, schedule, prioritization, resources, and the quality of CQ execution /li liAnalysis of options, planning of execution strategies, and development of detailed CQ schedules /li liPreparation of tender documents, support in procurement processes, and cost estimation /li liEnsuring a smooth handover to Operations and Quality /li liRisk management, including the derivation of proactive measures in case of deviations /li liManagement and onboarding of the CQ team, including external partners /li liResponsibility for training CQ teams and ensuring adherence to internal standards /li liClear, structured, and audience‑appropriate communication with all stakeholders /li liClose collaboration with global sites to harmonize CQ standards and digital processes /li liSupport in supplier evaluation and coaching of local SMEs /li liActive promotion of lean and agile methods within engineering and CQ contexts /li liTechnical review activities in CAPEX projects /li liParticipation in or leadership of international teams in GMP engineering, CQ, and global initiatives /li /ul h3Your profile: /h3 ul liCompleted degree in engineering, natural sciences, or a related field /li liAt least 10 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry /li liProven experience in international CAPEX projects (medium to large scale, complex requirements) /li liExtensive CQ expertise in areas such as: /li liBiologics/Drug Substance, Drug Product /li liSmall Molecules /li liPackaging, warehousing, GMP non‑GMP infrastructure /li liAutomation systems new technologies /li liStrong knowledge of global regulations (FDA, EMA, ICH, ISPE Integrated Commissioning Qualification, etc.) /li liIdeally experience with KNEAT Gx /li liDeep understanding of project management, PQS/EM compliance, and interfaces with Quality /li liExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills /li liAnalytical thinking and financial acumen to derive sustainable, efficient solutions /li liWillingness to drive change, creative thinking, and the ability to support organizations through transformation /li liConfident working style in global, culturally diverse teams /li /ul h3Our offer: /h3 pWe offer you an exciting and challenging role in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.
